If you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a charge of the full appointment fee.
Payment for services is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and online payments.
All information shared with our staff and therapists during your treatment will be kept confidential, in accordance with applicable laws and ethical guidelines.
Our treatment plans are personalized and tailored to the individual needs of our clients. Your treatment plan may be adjusted as necessary to ensure that you receive the best possible care.
We reserve the right to terminate treatment if we determine that the treatment is not effective, if the client is not complying with the treatment plan, or if the client is engaging in harmful behavior.
If we determine that we are not able to provide the appropriate level of care for a client, we will refer them to another mental health provider who may be better equipped to provide the necessary care.
In the event of an emergency, please contact emergency services or go to the nearest emergency room. Tristha is not equipped to handle medical emergencies.

We ask that clients do not share information about their treatment on social media or other public forums. This is to protect the privacy and confidentiality of all of our clients.
In the event of any dispute between the client and Tristha, we will work to resolve the issue in a fair and equitable manner. If necessary, the dispute may be referred to a neutral third party for resolution.
